Fantastic instruction, Sylvia had a great use of her personal, extensive experience in the real world which means you can really relate to real life examples of accidents and incidents when you might need to use your first aid training. Dear Sylvia,I enjoyed the course very much indeed. Firstly and foremostly - I liked the time allowed for practical parts. It is rare to have as much time and thus the ease of gaining confidence. Your CPR and recovery position training and tips are unsurpassed.


I found the training on infant and child very useful element, which is never carried out on the dental sessions. And I must say that the video is a very persuasive and helpful aide-memoire. I also very much enjoyed the booklet. I will let my friends know if they felt they wanted to gain some extra training and confidence that you are the person to be in touch with! I just wanted to say I really did appreciate the 2 day paediatricfirst aid course in Bury St Edmonds this week.
